Meet Lauren Westbay, owner and personal trainer at FitForever Gym.
With over 28 years of experience in the fitness industry, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for helping people of all ages and fitness levels—from athletes to seniors—reach their goals. Her training sessions focus on building strength, improving health, and achieving results, all while maintaining proper form and enjoying engaging conversation. Sessions are available in 30- or 60-minute formats.

Find your Yoga
Restorative yoga is a passive practice focused on deep relaxation, using props like blankets and bolsters to fully support the body in long-held poses. It's designed to help activate the body's relaxation response, which can reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, and calm the nervous system. Unlike more active forms of yoga, the goal is to relax into the poses without muscle engagement, focusing on stillness and breath to promote physical and mental rest and recovery
Gentle yoga is a low-intensity style of yoga that focuses on slow, deliberate movements and deep breathing to improve mobility, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.
Hatha Yoga is the physical practice of yoga, including postures, that takes time in each pose, and aims for balance, and is all physical yoga.

Box Mania is a boxing/martial arts class that offers a cardio and toning workout while teaching
traditional boxing skills and training techniques. It’s a great way to take your fitness to the next level! Box-Mania is for
men and women and is suitable for all fitness levels. MMA training gloves are recommended.

Cardio Kickboxing
Cardio kickboxing combines kickboxing movements with a fast-paced cardio pace, using high-tempo music and engaging multiple muscle groups. This is a non contact class.

A full-body workout using various equipment such as: dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls combined with bodyweight exercises to create compound and isolation exercises to get you lean, toned, and fit.

Our Pole Fitness class is
a full-body workout that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and strength training, using a vertical pole. Classes typically include learning foundational moves like spins and climbs, building strength and endurance, and improving flexibility and balance. We welcome all fitness levels!
