Cardio Kickboxing

A high-energy, non-contact fitness class blending martial-arts‑inspired strikes (punches, kicks, knees) with aerobic intervals and bodyweight conditioning. Focus is on cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and core stability rather than technique for combat.

What to expect:

  • Dynamic warm-up, combinations of punches and kicks in timed rounds, plyometric and core drills, and a cooldown with stretching

  • Rhythm-driven pacing with music and interval-style work (rounds of moderate-to-high intensity followed by active recovery)

  • Clear technique cues and low-impact or reduced-speed options offered

Intensity: moderate-to-high; scalable for beginners through advanced with modifications.

Benefits: improved cardio endurance, agility, coordination, strength, and calorie burn; stress release and confidence boost.

What to bring: water, towel, supportive cross‑training shoes, optional light gloves or hand wraps.

Box Mania

Box Mania is a boxing/martial arts class that offers a cardio and toning workout while teaching
traditional boxing skills and training techniques. It’s a great way to take your fitness to the next level! Box-Mania is for men and women and is suitable for all fitness levels. MMA training gloves are recommended.
