Our Pole Fitness class is 

a full-body workout that combines elements of dance, acrobatics, and strength training, using a vertical pole. Classes typically include learning foundational moves like spins and climbs, building strength and endurance, and improving flexibility and balance. We welcome all fitness levels! 

Mondays at 7:00pm
Wednesdays at 6:30pm

Pre registration is required
