Mat Pilates

A low‑impact exercise method performed on a mat that emphasizes core strength, controlled breath, precise alignment, and mindful movement. Mat Pilates uses bodyweight (sometimes small props like bands or balls) to build core stability, improve posture, flexibility, balance, and overall functional strength. Suitable for all fitness levels.
